Highly Customizable Flight Data Display
| All the tools you need to view, edit, track, and find flight records are provided in the Log View Window. The Log View Table provides a clear and concise table view of logbook data with user selectable font, shading, and gridline style. | |

| Logbook columns can easily be hidden or drag adjusted for width. Sort the data by any column, ascending or descending, with a simple click of the table header. | |
Super Fast Flight Data Entry
| Climb!'s data entry facilities provide
efficiency and flexibility. Popup tools,
like the calendar pictured right, are
provided to assist in the entry of data.
New in Climb! 2.8 is automatic calculation of night flying and automatic entry of qualifying cross country time! Both functions can be used as entries are made or on any number of existing flight records. |

| Climb! uses a "hands on keyboard" approach that speeds data input, minimizes unnecessary mousing around, and makes quick work of a tedious job. You decide how much or how little information to record. Data entry features include: | |

Two Flexible Search Options
| The Find and Global Search facilities are both flexible and familiar. Find "drills down" to specific flight data with up to three search groups and selectable And/Or constructs. Once you've located the flight records you need, the found set can be saved as a Custom User View for immediate recall. | |

Climb!'s Global Search enables quick searches across multiple columns of flight information. The last ten searches are saved for quick recall. |
Instant Data Access with Custom User Views
| Climb!'s Custom User Views
offer quick access to your flight
information. Create up to fifty Custom User
Views (twenty with shortcut key
accessibility).
Custom User Views store the find criteria (including relative date ranges), sort order, Log View Table column visibility and width, and Totals Viewer selections. The Views Sidebar option lets you see your views at a glance and access them with a click. |

Image Database with Flight to Image Linking
| Climb!'s Image Library
let's you add pictures, documents,
certificates, etc. to your Climb! logbook.
Images are stored in a separate image
database and can be linked manually or
automatically to any flight record
in any logbook.
JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PICT, and BMP images can be added via file dialog, drag and drop, or clipboard. Photos can be directly dragged from iPhoto or the Finder to Climb!. |

| Once an image is saved in the database, it can be manually linked to any number of flight records. If automatic linking is enabled, images are displayed based on flight record content; that Hawaiian sunset in Lihue linked to the airport, your favorite Piper Cub linked to the aircraft ID, your first student's solo linked to their name. | |
Currency and Limitation Tracking
| Flight Tracks are a convenient way to monitor currency, recency of experience, or other flight limitations. In combination with the Find functions, almost any flight criteria can be tracked. Up to 25 Flight Tracks can be created. |
![]() |
| The Flight Tracks Table displays track name, total operations or hours for the track period, and track status. Tracks are color coded and sorted by urgency. |
Airport Database with SegmentView Plotting
| Searchable data on nearly 10,000 airports is built right in! Click an airport in the Airports Table and Climb! plots the location on the World Map. Click a flight in the Log View Table, and Climb! displays the great circle route, course, and distance. | ![]() |
| You can search the airport database by airport code, city, airport name, US state, country, or country abbreviation. Airports can be added, edited, or deleted. | |

Internet Resource Links
| Connect to internet resources and extend Climb! even further! Climb! uses Safari and Google Earth to add a whole new dimension to your airport data. Control-click an airport code to: |

| Even though Climb! includes a database of nearly 10,000 airports, you can quickly and easily add even more airport data. The Airport Edit Window includes an internet info button that automatically queries the World Aeronautical Database. |
Flight Data Import and Export Capability
| Climb! is capable of
importing data in comma separated value
(CSV) text format. Many logbook programs,
spreadsheets, and databases are capable of
exporting data in this standardized format.
Once the data is imported, Climb!'s
powerful Replace function allows for quick
changes across multiple flight records.
And since we won't hold your data hostage, all your flight data can be exported to other documents, applications, or as an additional backup. |
Mobile Device Support for iPhone and iSync

time charts and add a visual boost to your
flight time reporting!
Single category charts can be created in bar, pie, or line format. Two category charts are presented in the attractive stacked bar format shown here. Charts can be copied to the clipboard for use in other documents, printed, or saved in PDF format via the print dialog. The document at left combines a flight time report and stacked bar chart. |
