Climb! V2.0 In Development

Why Version 2? The next version of Climb! takes
advantage of a totally new development
environment and has been rewritten to support a
new database engine and structure*. Although the
user interface is familiar, things under the hood
have changed substantially.
The new database is much quicker: In large logbooks, replace and save operations have been shortened from minutes to seconds. Logbook file size has been reduced nearly 75%. All users should see much better performance from both the user interface and the logbook and airport databases.
A few of the V2.0 enhancements:
*Registered users will be able to automatically convert their V1 logbooks to V2 format.

- New fields to help track airport operations (night landings, instrument approaches, etc.)
- Selectable column alignment in the Log View Table
- New color selection controls
- New relative date choices (last 90 days, last 18 months, etc.)
- Contextual menu control of column width
